Kashket’s net gains

FOOTBALL SCOTT Kashket scored his first goals in Wycombe Wanderers’ colours in the 5-1 victory over Crewe in League Two.

Kashket scored within a minute of coming off the bench in a win that lifted Wycombe to 19th in the table and saw the return of Joe Jacobson from injury.

T h e 2 0 - y e a r - o l d admits he is happy with life at Wycombe after leaving Leyton Orient.

“Everyone was saying Wycombe was a great club and I am seeing that now,” he said.

“It is different. You are treated very, very well here and it is a family club so everyone is close together.

“I have enjoyed it and the players have made it really easy for me. They have been very friendly and encouragin­g and that is what you want when you are at new to a club.”
