INGREDIENT­S

120ml pineapple juice 1 pineapple, diced 120ml martini 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp mango puree Juice of one lemon 120ml vodka 2 passion fruits, halved 16 ice cubes

METHOD

Blend the pineapple juice, pineapple, martini and sugar in a blender/food processor.

Mix the mango puree, lemon juice and vodka in a bowl.

Put the ice cubes into 4 glasses, then divide the mango cocktail equally between them.

Pour a quarter of the pineapple cocktail on each one.

Decorate each cocktail with the seeds of half a passion fruit.
