INGREDIENT­S

Half a melon peeled, seeded and diced plus extra for garnish if required 2 peeled kiwis 120ml vodka 4 tsp mint liqueur Juice from one lemon 4 tbsp sugar 12 ice cubes

METHOD

Blend all the ingredient­s in a food processor apart from the ice cubes until smooth – there will still be kiwi seeds.

Divide the ice cubes between 4 glasses and pour the cocktail mix over them.

You can use a melon baller to make melon balls to add to the cocktail if you like.
