Leicester goals admired

VISITING LEICESTER on Sunday, Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis said that while the local football team had achieved a miracle in 2016, the Orthodox congregation did so on an annual basis. Rabbi Mirvis was shown drawings for a visitors’centre which is backed by Lottery funding.
