IS there a new trend in stream­lined kosher din­ing? Mon­day’s World Jewish Re­lief dinner on Mon­day dis­pensed with a first course. But the well-stocked sushi bar and plen­ti­ful re­cep­tion canapes were such that some guests were left won­der­ing whether there was any need for a main course ei­ther.
