How wrong was I? Sleep­wear is the new day­wear, par­tic­u­larly if it’s made of silk or satin. Py­jama style sep­a­rates, whether loose or tai­lored, take in­spi­ra­tion from the louche loungewear of the 20’s and Coco Chanel. Com­fort, lux­ury and style in­ter­twine to cre­ate a re­laxed look that some­how, with the ad­di­tion of a face of makeup, vo­lu­mi­nous hair and a pair of heels, is now con­sid­ered ac­cept­able at­tire for wak­ing hours.
