TABLE TENNIS Three brothers from Kinloss synagogue were the stars of Sunday’s Maccabi GB National Shul Table Tennis League (NSTTL) Tournament which saw Kinloss and Mill Hill crowned the best in the community.
The Gibson brothers of Kinloss, Jonathan, 14, who holds a top 100 under-15 national ranking, Jacob, 12, and Benjamin, nine, No.3 in the UK under 10, beat NSTTL debutants Edgware Adath Yisroel to take the Junior A title. The Junior B category was won by a strong Mill Hill side.
Dov Katz, Daniel Fisher and Len Siskind guided Mill Hill to their fifth consecutive success in the Open event after defeating newcomers Wembley Sephardi in the final. Finchley Progressive won the Open B tournament.”
