The end of Purim means Pesach is close. Like the first buds of spring, clues are all around: the Pesach Facebook recipe group has reopened its digital doors for business and kosher shops have unveiled this year’s ranges.

To those stressing out about menus and that big changeover — I can’t help with the cleaning, but I do have some fabulous recipes. A modern twist on brisket this week, and four more Seder-ready recipes next week to help you get that menu nailed in good time for the big night(s).
