YORKSHIRE FOODIES got a flavour of the breadth of Jewish cuisine on Sunday as Leeds’ Etz Chaim Synagogue was transforme­d into a culinary open market. The Makor-organised Nosh Fest attracted 600 guests. Makor’s Ellie Ruhan was pleased the day had appealed to “a cross-section of the community. They weren’t disappoint­ed with the food.”
