Scots are up for klezmer

JBD has 110 young pa­trons in their 20s and 30s. Many more signed up dur­ing the re­cep­tion.

To date, they have raised more than £320,000 and will be sup­port­ing JBD’s new de­vel­op­ment of 19 mo­bil­ity apart­ments in Bushey Heath, on which build­ing work has started.

THE SCOT­TISH Coun­cil of Jewish Com­mu­ni­ties (SCoJeC) hosted a se­ries of sell-out klezmer nights across Scot­land. As well as the main cen­tres, the tour in­cluded Lam­lash, on the Isle of Ar­ran, where more then 30 peo­ple en­joyed a con­cert in a sea front house.
