Phase Two of Hale Court has been launched in Edgware, with Help To Buy available. There are are three twobedroom, one-bathroom apartments with open-plan kitchen/living rooms. The developmen­t is convenient for both Edgware and Mill Hill. Prices start from £399,950. Agent is Preston Bennett.

High on Stanmore Hill, The Cloisters is a completed luxury developmen­t by Signia, next to Stanmore Country Park. There are ten detached houses around a communal green, with views across the capital. Just one house remains for sale. It has four large bedrooms with a dressing area to the master bedroom.

MILL HILL

The Project has been launched off-plan, in Mill Hill, north west London, with contempora­ry apartments by Heronslea Group. There are nine one- and twobedroom apartments, close to shops, parks and transport. The building has high-level security, with video entry and alarm system for each home, as well as gated parking. There is a communal roof terrace with views across the capital, while ground-floor homes have private gardens.

Lee Martin, new homes director of Richard James New Homes Hub, says: “The Project will appeal to a wide range of buyers, from young profession­als, empty nesters and downsizers to investors.” The Project is in walking distance of Mill Hill Broadway’s shops, cafés, delis and restaurant­s.

WHETSTONE

Developer Crest Nicholson has launched its new show home, “The Archer” at Totteridge Place, Whetstone. Described as “a contempora­ry twist on Georgian-style architectu­re”, the townhouse has a large open-plan kitchen and living area on the first floor, equipped with a Sonos sound system. A Nobilia kitchen is fitted as standard, with wine cooler and Siemens appliances. The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor, with walk-in dressing room and en-suite featuring Villeroy & Boch sanitarywa­re.

BUSHEY

Just two apartments remain at Alpine House, Bushey Heath, on the site of the former Alpine Restaurant. Built by Giles Homes, three-storey Alpine House has a commanding position at the crossroads of Bushey Heath and Stanmore. Help To Buy has just been made available on this scheme.

It is the last chance to buy at Asprey Park, Hendon. There is only one apartment left, of the 55 purpose-built flats in landscaped gardens. ALDENHAM

Buyers searching for a family home surrounded by greenery, yet close to local amenities, transport and good schools, will be impressed with Heronslea Group’s The Ridings, luxurious family houses in Aldenham, Hertfordsh­ire.

The developer also has schemes under constructi­on in Golders Green; Whetstone; Brondesbur­y Park and Woodside Park.

BOURNEMOUT­H

In Bournemout­h, constructi­on is due to start later this year on a prestigiou­s hotel and residentia­l seafront site where Fresh Lime is working with hotel partner Malmaison.
