Abbott switches seats for Tube question time
SHADOW HOME Secretary Diane Abbott has refused to clarify remarks she made on BBC Question Time earlier this year where she suggested that members of the Charedi community became targets of hate crime “because they wear that costume.”
Asked by a London tube train passenger to explain comments she made on political chat show back in April, Ms Abbott was in no mood to talk .
She ignored his question and stood up from her seat to sit away from him further along the busy carriage.
