FLEISCHMAN­N. Clare and David are thrilled to announce the birth of their son, Matthew William, on February 26, Purim; a brother for Chloe and Nicholas. Mazal tov to great-grandpa Norman Brill; grandparen­ts Karen and Gary Simon and Anne and Alex Fleischman­n.

ARBITER. Adrienne. Our hearts and thoughts are with our dear sister-inlaw Jo, on the sad loss of her darling mum. Sending love and strength at this sad time.— Candy, Gary, Jamie, Kelly and Abel.

BENTLEY. Gloria Kay. Our darling Mum passed away on March 1. She was deeply loved and will be missed forever by her children Tina and David, son-in-law Lee, grandchild­ren Chloé and Charles, Declan, Lara and Lois, greatgrand­son Xavier, brother and sister-in-law Michael and Ingrid. A truly inspiratio­nal, remarkable and elegant lady.

BENTON. Judy. Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love, just a few days after celebratin­g her 100th birthday. Growing up in Meissen near Dresden, Judy bravely escaped Nazi Germany on the Kindertran­sport, and lived in both America and England. Judy was, and will always be, an inspiratio­n to so many, making an impression on everyone who was privileged to have met her, and will be fondly remembered by friends and family all around the world. She will be sorely missed by her devoted children Ruth and David, daughter-in-law Ilyce, grandchild­ren Danielle, Marc, Melissa, and Sami, as well as her great-grandchild­ren Nathan, Jordan, Joey, and Ryder. Our family would also like to take this opportunit­y to thank Katarina and her amazing team of carers, Jewish Care, and AJR, for looking after her so well in her final years.

CONRAD. Neville. Died suddenly at home on Monday, March 29, aged 85. Much beloved husband of Carole, adored father of Henrietta, Andrew, Matthew and Charlotte, brother of Marilyn and loved fatherin-law and grandfathe­r.

DALTON. Doctor Israel Sholame (Charlie). Passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2021, aged 103. Much loved and sorely missed by his children Laurel and Mitch, son-in-law Ken, grandchild­ren Sam, Naomi, Ben, Jamie, Josh and Hannah and great-grandchild­ren Solomon and Daisy. A wonderful man, adored by all who knew him.

HARDY. Charles Anthony. Aged 84. Much-loved and missed by his devoted wife Thelma, his children Caroline, Louise, Edward and Emma and grandchild­ren Jess, Martha, Scarlet, Grace, Emmanuel, Nina, Lilian, and Ruby. A lovely man and loyal friend.

KATZ

(née Cohen). Jacqui (Sheila). Passed away peacefully on March 27, 2021, aged 89, after a long illness. Much-loved mother, grandmothe­r and mother-in-law. She will be greatly missed by Raffi, Deborah, Sally, Harriet, Miriam and Daniel, Bernice and Jon.

KRIKLER. Colin. Passed away Wednesday, March 31, aged 51, after a short illness bravely faced. Deeply mourned by his heartbroke­n wife Nicole, loving children Lila and Charlie, sisters Susan and Tracy, brothers Steve, Dougie, Alex, James and David. Beloved son of Lily Krikler and the late Leonard Krikler. Son-in-law of Heather and Robert Gould. Colin loved being around people and people loved being around him.

KRIKLER. Colin. Our beloved Kol, we will miss you more than words can say and hold you forever in our hearts.— Your sister Susan Hamilton, brother-in-law Marc, nephews Joe and Josh and niece Mia.

LIPSON. Harry Wolfe. Passed away April 2, 2021, aged 91. Will be deeply missed by daughter Marian, son Simon, son-in-law Dave, daughterin-law Lynda, grandchild­ren Michael, Jack, Molly and Kate, granddaugh­ters-in-law Bea and Nia, great-granddaugh­ter Cerys, sister Rita and family.

SAITOWITZ. Zelda. Our mum passed away April 1, 2021 in her 96th year. She was the matriarch of the family, the glue that bound us together. The way she lead her life was a true inspiratio­n to us all. She will be terribly missed by her children David, Stanley and Kevin and daughters-in-law Tamara and Sharon, grandchild­ren Daniel, Simon, Adam and Shaul and their wives Linda, Linsey, Danya and Menucha and thirteen greatgrand­children. Forever in our thoughts. She is now in peace.

SHAPIRO. Aumie. Our wonderful father and Zaida passed away aged 96, now reunited with his beloved Jacqueline. We will always remember his enthusiasm, energy and passion for his family, Yiddishkei­t and Israel.— Michael, David, Barbara, Tali, Howard, Gaby, Aaron, Sara, Ariel and families.
