Village community in Bushey Heath offers work/life balance

-

AT HEATHBOURNE Village, a private gated scheme by Consero in Bushey Heath, 30 per cent of homes were already reserved before the show home opened. Expected to complete in late November/ December this year, Heathbourne Village comprises 14 four- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses and 27 two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Properties are priced from £875,000 to £2.8 million.

Steven Glover, co-founder and land and sales director of Consero says: “With a nod to the Arts and Crafts movement, known for its pioneering craftsmanship, each property has been individually created by our in-house design team to be different from its neighbour.”

Features include contrasting brick and render elevations, brick detailing, pitched roofs and bay windows.

Heathbourne Village has been designed to appeal to a wide variety of potential buyers, from families and first-time buyers to downsizers.

Many buyers have come from the local area.

In addition, the scheme includes plenty of green space, generous gardens and wide leafy boulevards and is close to open countryside and woodlands, easily accessible for walks.

Heathbourne Village is well-connected to transport for commuting, but it also benefits from Bushey Heath’s village atmosphere, its independent shops and places to eat.

Simon Dalton from agent Hamptons says: “As a result of the pandemic, buyers are wanting more from their homes.

“They want their home to be perfect for a new work/life balance and sustainable lifestyle with outdoor space.

“They want a home that they love coming back to and sharing with friends and family, and they want a really wonderful sense of community... Heathbourne Village ticks all of those boxes.”
