Designer show home snapped up at Newland Park launch weekend

-

THE LAUNCH weekend for the newly complete show apartment at Newland Park was a huge success for developer Comer Homes and sole agent Hamptons. They recorded more than 120 visitors to the Buckinghamshire development across the weekend, securing multiple reservations and selling more than 50 per cent of ground-floor apartments within Gott Place, while the event was topped off with one eager buyer securing the show home as seen (complete with all fixtures and fittings).

Curated by Comer Homes’ in-house design team, the show apartment includes furniture handmade to complement each room. Typically sourced from UK-based artisans, these pieces “bring a wow factor to each space”. A new show apartment will be designed and dressed following the sale completion of the current show unit.

Caroline Comer, sales and marketing director at Comer Homes, says: “The launch weekend for the Newland Park show apartment was a great success and demonstrated the draw and appeal of this iconic development. We saw a record number of visitors over the two days and secured multiple reservations for the available collection of apartments at Gott Place and the Pankhurst houses, with further deals secured in the days since.

“We’re looking forward to following up with those who have shown interest and welcoming more potential buyers in the coming days. With Gott Place soon to fully complete, the next major step will be welcoming our first residents, which will inject more life to this exceptional place to live.”

The latest phase of new homes released over the weekend at Newland Park comprises 22 two and threebedroom apartments at Gott Place, an impressive contemporary take on a heritage-style building.

Prices for the Gott apartments range from £675,000 for a two-bedroom/ two-bathroom with two large private balconies to £2 million for a spectacular three-bedroom/three-bathroom duplex with three spacious balconies and a sizeable private roof garden.

In addition to the Gott apartment launch, Comer Homes revealed the initial details of ten grand homes within the Pankhurst Houses collection, set to be fully launched in the summer upon the opening of the purpose-built show house. Prices for the three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced houses start from £1.2 million. These have spacious interiors, private driveways and large back gardens.

In the pipeline is a David Lloyd health and wellness club, scheduled to open in the private grounds of Newland Park by 2025.

The spa centre, open to residents and the wider public, will include a swimming pool, tennis courts and racquets club, multi-sports pitches, padel courts and tennis courts with an inflatable dome. There will also be a five-star spa, bar, restaurant and relaxation terraces.

Newland Park has underground parking for home-owners’ vehicles, with 24-hour security across the site.

There will also be a residents-only courtesy shuttle bus service to local commuter stations and popular shopping destinations nearby.

Residents also enjoy direct access to the 200-acre private grounds that feature a mixture of landscaped gardens and parkland, as well as a children’s play area.

The new apartments at Gott Place range from £675,000 to £2 million. For further information or to book a tour of the marketing suite, call 01494 506 364, email info@newlandpark.com or go to newlandpark.com
