What’s wowing us this week

JOINING JOHN LEWIS’S ON-THE-MONEY MODERN RARITY COLLECTION is new in-house denim label And/Or, which landed in stores this week. Its focus is a selection of jeans made by specialists in Los Angeles – and when it comes to denim, Californians tend to know what they’re doing (J Brand, Citizens of Humanity and AG, among many others, hail from LA). We are particular fans of And/Or’s boyfriend-style options, which – although usually tricky to flatter all – have wide stripes along the seams, are well-cut and look as good with heels as they do old trainers.
