Seemed flimsy and was quite difficult to keep at a constant temperatur­e. Even with the vents fully open, I couldn’t keep it at a steady 115-120C. Like a difficult child, it required constant attention. The results were OK – the ribs were a little dry but the smoker, above, did produce an excellent smoke ring. With a little practice, this could be quite good.
