City plan £50m offer for Stones
MANCHESTER CITY are ready to kickstart the bidding for John Stones this week with Everton expecting a £50million offer.
The 22-year-old sat out Everton’s friendly at Barnsley on Saturday complaining of a knock and has made it clear that he wishes to leave Goodison Park.
Everton were prepared to offer him new terms to stay but his desire is to play for Pep Guardiola.
JUVENTUS have agreed to pay the £78million buyout clause for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain.
The 28-year-old is understood to have agreed a four-year contract worth up to £8.3m a year after tax and there are reports he has already had a medical in Madrid.
