Oxford will cost £18m
WEST HAM have put an £18million price tag on 17-year-old defender Reece Oxford, who starred for England at the European Under-19s Championship.
Manchester City and Manchester United are monitoring him, while German club Red Bull Leipzig have had a £10m bid rejected.
There has been no progress in contract talks with West Ham and the two sides are believed to be a long way apart on wages and bonuses as he enters the last two years of his current deal.
Oxford ( above) played 12 first-team games last season.
