moved closer to signing Claudio Bravo (left) as Joe Hart’s replacement after Barcelona agreed terms with Ajax for their keeper Jasper Cillessen.

Bravo, 33, made what is expected to be his final appearance for Barcelona last night against Real Betis and will join City in a deal worth up to £17million.

Hart is wanted on loan by Everton but they will have to pay all of his £140,000-a-week wages, while it’s understood Ajax could make a move for Newcastle’s Tim Krul.
