CONFUSED by all the eco-friendly options for your next car? The new Hyundai Ioniq might make your decision easier. It’s the first model to offer a choice of standard hybrid, plug-in hybrid and full electric. So instead of trying to compare different models and different drivetrains, you could just settle on the Ioniq. The standard hybrid is the cheapest. The fully electric version will travel more than 150 miles on a single charge but costs from £28,995. Both are available to order now. The plug-in hybrid will travel more than 30 miles on a charge before reverting to petrol power for longer trips – prices won’t be announced until it goes on sale early next year.
