Spend aid billions on dementia care

New International Development Secretary Priti Patel says she will not spend the allocated £12billion a year on overseas aid if it means authorising corrupt or wasteful projects. She should persuade the Government to use some of the money on funding care for the elderly, especially those suffering with dementia.
