SCUNTHORPE manager Graham Alexander was left with mixed emotions after seeing his side set a new club record of 22 home games without defeat.

‘But looking at the overall picture, there are bigger things for us to try to win this season.’

COVENTRY 1 MK DONS 2

ED UPSON’S brace helped MK Dons to a win over 10-man Coventry. Ben Stevenson had equalised for the hosts before being sent off. Coventry’s frustrated interim manager Mark Venus said: ‘We huffed and puffed.’
