GRADE II listed Hyde Farm in the Great Missenden area of Buckinghamshire was sold to HS2 for £3.5million by an elderly couple who had lived there 25 years. HS2 now rents it to mother-of-two Kate Fallan, above. She said: ‘For the amount of money HS2 is spending for a quick train ride, they are devastating the countryside.’
