How Ellie could really prove her devotion

I was shocked to read in last week’s Mail on Sunday about Countryfile presenter Ellie Harrison’s surprising and bizarre secret – a line of ten circular scars along her left forearm to represent the number of years she and her doctor partner Matt Goodman have been together. It’s good that Ellie is obviously still head over heels in love with her knight in shining armour, but they’ve not married. They have three children so the final step for them to prove their love for each other would be to tie the knot. I’m sure for Matt it would be just what the doctor ordered!
