FORGET ‘call me Dave’ – David Cameron is known as ‘Big D’ these days, according to his brother-in-law Robert Sheffield. The former Prime Minister was at a 40th birthday last week when he bumped into Rob’s ex-girlfriend Sophia Hesketh, who collared him for a photo, left, which she shared on Instagram. The photo was incorrectly tagged as being taken at Gatwick, prompting friends of Sophia to quip that she was ‘wearing a very saucy outfit for the airport’, But the best comment of all came from Robert: ‘Darl Pig! You were at Gatters with Big D?’ The mind boggles.
