It’s a cool yule for the rich, rowdy and romantic

SMILING for the camera, these were the well-heeled hosts at a celebrity party held in a club near Grenfell Tower moments before ‘extremists’ stormed in.

The alarming incident happened after a peaceful march on Thursday night to mark six months since the tragic fire.

A 25-strong mob of protest ‘hangers-on’ entered the nearby Maxilla Social Club in Notting Hill, West London, shutting down the music and yelling at partygoers that the blaze was their fault. They then ordered more than 100 guests to observe a one-minute silence.

It turns out the bash had rather prophetically been billed as ‘the nightmare before Christmas party’, and for co-host Jemima Jones, and her financier husband Ben Goldsmith, it certainly lived up to its name. Luckily, another guest, American socialite Paris Hilton, had left before things turned sour. SHE graced new Vogue editor Edward Enninful’s first cover and was recently named model of the year. But Adwoa Aboah’s latest assignment involved responding to cries of ‘She’s behind you’ as she appeared in a panto at a West London community centre.

Adwoa, right, popped up in the Portobello Panto’s The Naivety: A Journey, which is performed at Notting Hill’s intimate 200capacity Tabernacle.

For the performance the 25-year-old wore a leopard-print dress, platforms and polkadot beret – I’m not sure whether it was a costume or just her everyday clothes… IF YOU thought taking the kids for a day out was expensive, spare a thought for Victoria and David Beckham – they shelled out thousands to hire the Natural History Museum ice rink for their brood last week. Victoria was perhaps too posh to skate, so David, sons Romeo and Cruz, and daughter Harper – all pictured left – had the 342-capacity venue to themselves. No one was willing to reveal the exact cost, but 342 tickets would have set the Beckhams back almost £5,000. IN THE hit drama Victoria, Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes are used to all the trappings of royalty. But for Christmas the lovedup couple, who play Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, will be in less opulent surroundings – a threebedroom semi in Blackpool. I’m told pair, left, will be staying with Jenna’s mum at her £140,000 home in the town. Friends are speculating that the couple will announce their engagement over Christmas. Look out for a tiny square box, Jenna!
