PETERBOROU­GH were knocked off the top after being held by Blackpool. Rhys Bennett and Mark O’Hara got their goals, but Armand Gnanduille­t and Nathan Delfouneso levelled each time.

ROCHDALE 1 PORTSMOUTH 3

PORTSMOUTH went top after coming from behind to win at Rochdale. Aaron Wilbraham put the home side in front, but goals from Jamal Lowe, Brett Pitman and Matt Clarke clinched victory for the new leaders.

WYCOMBE 2 SOUTHEND 3

WYCOMBE’S winless home run continues. Theo Robinson, Tom Hopper and Simon Cox put Southend in charge before Craig Mackail-Smith and Adebayo Akinfenwa replied.

WIMBLEDON 2 OXFORD 1

JOE PIGOTT’S sixth goal of the season helped Wimbledon to their first home league win. Scott Wagstaff was also on target, with Cameron Brannagan replying. Oxford boss Karl Robinson admitted: ‘I can’t make excuses.’

ACCRINGTON manager John Coleman hailed keeper Connor Ripley, saying: ‘He was fantastic. No one deserves the clean sheet more.’ Billy Kee got the only goal from the spot.

BRADFORD boss David Hopkin was relieved to see his side end a five-match losing run, and said: ‘I was delighted with the clean sheet – that is a building block – and I thought we deserved the three points.’

SUB Tom Eaves grabbed a late equaliser for Gillingham against his former club. Brandon Hanlan had given them the lead before Lee Angol and Ollie Norburn put Shrewsbury ahead.

BURTON 0 SCUNTHORPE 0

BURTON boss Nigel Clough called it a ‘nearly day’ as his side were held at home. The draw denied Burton a fourth straight home league win as Scunthorpe extended Stuart McCall’s unbeaten start to six games.

PLYMOUTH 2 DONCASTER 3

DONCASTER striker John Marquis celebrated his 100th league appearance with a double. Matt Blair was also on target, while Ruben Lameiras and Graham Carey replied.

FLEETWOOD 1 BARNSLEY 3

BARNSLEY came from behind to win in style at Fleetwood. Harrison Biggins put the home side ahead against his former club, but goals from Jacob Brown, Kieffer Moore and Mamadou Thiam completed the comeback.

LUTON 2 CHARLTON 2

CHRIS SOLLY’S first goal in six years saw Charlton rescue a dramatic point. Tariqe Fosu put them ahead from the spot before Harry Cornick and James Collins scored for Luton.
