Sam Cam recruits her FOUR very glam sisters ... as models
THEY say Christmas is all about family – and Samantha Cameron has clearly taken the message on board this year, roping in four of her sisters to plug her latest fashion collection.
She hopes her new ‘models’ will turn up the glamour on a set of festive frocks from her Cefinn label.
Samantha, 47, unveiled the glossy new selection on Friday – along with her well-heeled brand ambassadors, all of whom have impeccable social credentials.
The new creations for the brand, which describes itself as being for ‘ i nteresting, hardworking and inspirational women with busy lives’, cost around £300 each.
An email to Cefinn’s subscribers last week gushed: ‘Four of Samantha’s sisters join us for a special Cefinn Story to turn up the glamour, showcase our new arrivals and kick-off the festive season.’
The campaign features Samantha’s half-sisters Alice Cadestin and Lucy Jackson, born to her father Sir Reginald Sheffield and his second wife Victoria Walker.
Another model is half-sister Flora Astor, daughter of Samantha’s mother Lady Annabel Astor and her second husband William Astor, 4th Viscount. They are joined by their sister-in-law Lohralee Astor who is married to Flora’s brother William. Samantha’s only full sister, Emily Sheffield, does not appear.
Earlier this year, Samantha – wife of former PM David Cameron – modelled for her brand in a £320 sleeveless maxi dress.
Lucy Jackson 37
1 Samantha’s glamorous half-sister Lucy is a real party girl – according to the Ceffin website. It says she ‘swears by a good pair of ankle boots and sequined bag for maximum revelry’. She works in film post-production and married her TV producer husband Thomas in 2011 near the Sheffield family seat of Sutton Park in North Yorkshire, arriving in a horse and carriage.
Lohralee Astor 38
2 Canadian Lohralee is perfect for the job – she’s a former fashion model who was once a face of the trendy Diesel brand. Another society girl, she met husband William Astor, heir to the Astor dynasty, in Raffles nightclub on London’s Kings Road. These days the mother-of-four gives nutritional advice to parents through her book Feeding The Future.
Flora Astor 42
3 Jewellery designer Flora, likes to lend a hand to the family firms – she used to work for Lady Annabel Astor’s home accessories company OKA, before moving to the South of France with her family. Now a qualified ‘gemologist’, Flora married diplomat Theo Rycroft in 2006, and they have three children. Glamour-wise, Cefinn’s website reveals that Flora loves ‘a signature red lip’.
Alice Cadestin 38
4 Alice caused a media sensation when, before her 2013 wedding, a snap was taken of her with David Cameron asleep on a bed with his red Cabinet box. It went viral after Sam’s full sister Emily posted the shot on Instagram. Alice’s French husband Etienne’s family owns the Esterlin Champagne house – and she likes to mix the bubbly with grapefruit juice, Grand Marnier and rose water.
