Bad driving capital of UK

HALIFAX is home to the worst drivers in the UK, a study last week has found.

A whopping 16 per cent of drivers in the West Yorkshire town have points for speeding, careless driving, using a mobile and drink driving.

Researchers found the best drivers were in Swindon, Wilts – where just over four per cent of motorists have points.

Men were more than twice as likely as women to receive penalties, across the UK, with nine per cent of men having faced sanctions, compared to four per cent of women.
