You can stay busy – even in isolation

Regarding social distancing, we cannot expect the powersthat-be to do our thinking for us, so here are a few ideas to keep us occupied.

Write your life story; make a will and add a page to it with names of people you wish to inherit your possession­s; get out those knitting needles again and complete that blanket you never finished; get out the CDs and DVDs and listen to/watch them; read a book; arrange for a newspaper delivery; do crosswords; and phone or text friends – or why not write letters. Do some gardening and watch the birds. Walk dogs early in the morning or late at night.
