THE owner of The Mail on Sunday – Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) – is offering free advertisin­g in our newspapers to 1,500 small firms who have been hit by the coronaviru­s crisis. DMGT has l aunched the scheme i n collaborat­ion with t he t rade body t he Federation of Small Businesses to help small firms bounce back as the lockdown is eased.

WHO CAN APPLY

You must meet the following criteria:

Your business employs 150 people or fewer.

Your annual turnover doesn’t exceed £6 million.

You are in a position to redeem an advertisin­g fund of over £3,000 before September 30, 2020. The funds will be handed out based on the strength of your applicatio­n. It will be popular so don’t delay.

Applicatio­ns will close at 10pm tonight. Go to grants.fsb.org.uk and create an account. Provide details including: number of employees, turnover and when you want to start advertisin­g.

Include a brief descriptio­n of how the adverts would help your business recover and how your company has coped during the Covid-19 crisis.
