In 1979, Tony Mammoth (Mike Bubbins, below) was a PE teacher. Then, during a school skiing trip to the French Alps, an avalanche swept him away to his death – or so everyone thought. But Tony didn’t die and he was miraculously found alive and perfectly preserved 42 years later.
