COLLINS SHINES IN POOR SHOW

- By Brian Davis

WHYTELEAFE 0 CRAY W 1

WHYTELEAFE and Cray played out a dull end-ofseason game with both sides in mid-table.

Leafe had two shots on target in the first half, both were Sam Clayton free-kicks fromaround 25 yards and both were comfortably caught by keeper Nick Blue.

In between those freekicks, Cray took a 21st minute lead when Andrew Musungu lost the ball in defence and from the edge of the box, Lee Prescott’s shot went into the corner of the goal, beyond the reach of Ben Bridle-Card.

Bridle-Card had to make one good save, palming away a Karl Dent shot in the 59th minute.

The nearest Leafe came to an equaliser was a quick corner but Paul Lorraine headed just wide.
