PAIR GET A BASE FOR THE FUTURE

-

CLEETHORPES TOWN and Hanwell Town have landed a share of a £100k bursary by winning the 2017 Buildbase Club Renovation Programme.

After successful Dragons’ Den-style pitches for six finalists at Wembley Stadium, the victorious pair will be able to use building, electrical and hire products provided by local Buildbase branches.

Cleethorpes take on South Shields in next month’s Buildbase FA Vase final and the bursary will help the club return from their groundshare with Grimsby Borough to their home ground.

Hanwell Town, who compete in the Buildbase FA Trophy, were chosen by the panel after being impressed by their plans to revitalise their facilities for the community.

FA commercial director Mark Bullingham said: “Thanks to our partnership with Buildbase, two Non-League clubs have a wonderful opportunity to create a lasting legacy for their players and staff.”
