It seems we’ve been left without a home

THE new season is not too far away and the Hayes & Yeading fans have no idea what is going on with their new ground.

Club officials seem to be making no comment as to what the exact problems are with the ground and there is no indication as to when the local council is due back to inspect with a view to granting a safety certificate.

Some of their supporters are happy that Southall have agreed to ground share, thinking the problems must have been resolved, but if there is no major problem why aren’t officials saying anything?

The club website is advertising season tickets for next season but does not indicate where they will be playing.

It is a possibility that two teams could have problems at the start of the new season, being unable to play any home games.
