DYLAN’S AT THE DOUBLE AS BORO CRUISE IT

- By Simon Newbury

CHESHAM U 0 HARROW B 4

CHESHAM remain rooted to the foot of the table after another heavy defeat, against a Harrow side who have now taken nine of their 11 points away from home.

Chesham actually made the brighter start and in the second minute Jefferson Louis was clean through but was denied by Harrow keeper Hafed Al-Droubi, returning to the club he played for last season.

In the 12th minute AlDroubi again saved from Louis and Ryan Blake hit the loose ball wide.

However, in the next minute a quickly-taken free kick caught out the Chesham defence and George Moore squared for Dylan Kearney to score. Chesham’s heads dropped and they rarely looked like taking anything from the game after going behind.

Harrow took control and Kearney added a second from Michael Bryan’s pass then missed a great chance to complete his hat-trick.

Chesham made a double substitution at half-time in order to pep up their attack but to no avail. Late in the game Harrow took advantage of the extra space at the back and Bryan and Keraney missed good chances.

On 83 minutes Harrow sub Anthony O’Connor scored with his first touch, before Lewis Cole then added a fourth at the death in stoppage time.
