Boro end their home rut in style

- By Simon Grigor

AFTER four league wins on the road, Harrow finally clocked up a home victory as three goals in the opening 25 minutes effectively ended this game as a contest.

The first arrived after 13 minutes when Mitchal Gough’s through ball enticed Magpies’ keeper Alhaji Sesay from his goal but Ryan Moss got there first and lifted it over him.

In the 17th minute, it was two, George Fenton winning the ball from Michael Bryan’s corner. Moss worked the ball on and Anthony O’Connor converted from close range.

Bryan’s pass then found George Moore in the 24th minute, Dorchester skipper Neil Martin diverting the ball into his own goal.

Josh Bailey got back to clear Moss’ effort off the line but Dorchester heads hadn’t dropped and Callum Rose fired over at the far post.

It was no great surprise that Dorchester pulled one back in the 49th minute – Gough gave the ball away and Antonio Diaz broke clear to cross for Luke Winsper to convert.

The visitors somewhat self-destructed, seeing keeper Sesay dismissed, and with all three substitutes used, centre-back Rose went in goal.

He was only beaten once, in stoppage-time, by Dylan Kearney.
