Nicola to visit
PEOPLE in Oban are being given the opportunity to take part in a public discussion with Scotland’s First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, and her cabinet on Monday, August 24.
A public question-and-answer session will place at the Atlantis Leisure in the evening to give local people the opportunity to put across their views on issues important to them.
Cabinet ministers will also undertake engagements at local businesses and organisations throughout the day.
The First Minister said: ‘ We have challenged ourselves to be the most open and accessible government that Scotland has ever seen.
‘I am looking forward to meeting local people and learning about the issues that are important to them.’
