On the show, he sang one of his most interesting compositions - a blend between the Buddy Holly hit ‘Peggy Sue’ and the old Gaelic favourite ‘A’ Pheigi a’ Ghràidh’ - entitled Peggy Sue, a’ Ghràidh.

This song was written as a result of a truly unbelievable encounter.

On a trip to the states, Dòl Eoin was introduced to Peggy Sue herself. She told him that, at the time of the Buddy Holly song being written, she had been dating the bass player
