Restaurants win a spot in UK top 100

THREE West Highland restaurants are among the best in the UK, according to a poll.

SquareMeal ranked the top 100 in Britain following thousands of votes and put the Whitehouse in Lochaline at number 32. Not far behind was Skye’s Three Chimneys at number 42 and Cafe Fish on Mull at number 74.

Sarah Jones of the Whitehouse, said: ‘ We are really chuffed so many customers voted for us.’
