Class act after leaving school

MORE school leavers in south Lochaber find employment or further education than elsewhere in the Highlands.

Figures presented at the Lochaber area committee last week showed all of the pupils finishing at Kinlochleven high school last year had a ‘positive destination’, compared to 93 per cent in the Highlands.

The school also achieved better than the national average of 92 per cent.
