Thieves may have been disturbed

A BREAK in at a Connel boatyard may have been disrupted before any theft took place, but officers still want to know of any information about people in the area at the time of the serious breaking and entering.

A shed at Fisherman’s Wharf at Connel had been broken into and a gate had been cut open.

Conducting the enquiry, police constable Fraser Anderson wants to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious between 7pm last Thursday, August 27, and 11am on Friday August 28.
