Lochaber draw a blank at Kinloss

Lochaber 0 LOCHABER rugby club travelled to take on Kinloss Eagles on Saturday, but went down 50- 0 after a physical game against the armed forces team.

Kinloss scored out wide early on and kept up the pressure throughout the first half, but were made to work hard for their points against a determined Lochaber side who were solid in the middle of the park. But, in the second half, Lochaber were plagued with injuries, resulting in the visitors finishing the game with just 11 players.

The Banavie side will be looking to bounce back this weekend when they host Stornoway on Saturday, in the first game of a double clash with the islanders.
