Thefts, break-ins and vandalism

POLICE in Lochaber are appealing for informatio­n about a number of thefts, break-ins and incidents of vandalism.

At Inverroy, Roy Bridge, between 6.30pm on October 30 and 9.30 the following morning, a silver Peugeot 306 car was stolen and later found burnt out near Carrs Corner, Fort William.

Between 2pm on October 30 and 2am the following morning, a garage on Broom Drive, Caol, was damaged.

Overnight between October 29 and 30, a red Trek men’s mountain bike was stolen from a property in Young Place, Fort William.

It is a model 4300 with a padlock still attached.

A Honda vehicle was damaged and two petrol cans stolen at Lab Road, Kinlochlev­en, overnight between October 28 and 29.

Between 9pm on October 27 and 6.30 the following morning, items were stolen from containers in Onich, Corran and Glencoe.
