POLICE urge anyone who has been offered or bought what may be a pirate DVD copy to contact Fort William Police with information. LOCHABER police are investigating the theft of an excavator bucket from a yard in Arisaig.

Anyone with any information should contact Mallaig or Fort William police. POLICE in Fort William are investigating the theft of traffic lights from road works near Invergarry on the A82.

The incident occurred sometime between 5.30pm on May 25 and 8am on May 26.

Anyone in the area who saw anything suspicious should contact Fort William Police. THERE has been an increase in bogus workmen operating in Lochaber.

Police urge everyone to report any suspicious activity to their nearest police station.
