Fort Ladies - a cut above the rest
FORT William Ladies shinty team won their challenge cup game against Glenurqhart 10-3 at the weekend with a fine display of passing in the forward line, tough tackling in midfield, solid defending and some cracking saves. Every player played an important part in the win.
Player of the day was Zoe Smith who scored some outstanding goals and assists throughout the game.
Anne Fairbairn as usual put in some hard work in both midfield and defence and deserves development player of the day.

The next development game will be in June and in the league the ladies are away to Glasgow Mid Argyll in two weeks.
