MASSED Pipes and Drums were playing in Portree square yesterday (Wednesday June 22).

The Isle of Skye Pipeband were joined on the parade by the Scotch College Melbourne Pipeband while on their Scotland Tour, and the Skye Youth Pipeband.

The massed bands, led by Drum Major Peter MacDonald and Pipe Major Allan Mackenzie, played through the village and performed in Somerled Square last night.
