CRAIGNISH Boat Club at Ardfern has received £ 500 of funding towards new equipment through the Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank Employee Volunteer Grant Programme. Last year’s funding was used to buy a new boat for the club.

The Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank Employee Volunteer Grant Programme funds charitable initiatives its employees are passionate about, and awarded more than £155,000 last year.

Employees can apply for grants of up to £ 500 if they have been involved with local community groups in their own time for at least 12 months.
