Late licence has no impact on call outs

POLICE in Lochaber say there ‘has not been an increase in call outs’ following the Crofter bar extending its licence to 2am on a Saturday. Inspector David Campbell told

The Oban Times: ‘ There has been no negative impact because of the later licence.’

The Crofter’s bid to extend its opening hours was secured back in May and police have confirmed their figures are ‘pretty steady compared to last year’.
